Collaborative Leadership

A collaborative leader has in his team work his main pillar of support. In this new way of organizing a company, the traditional hierarchy is replaced by close relationships based on communication and trust. It is a form of horizontal leadership, where the leader does not restrict the focus merely on his team, but embraces all members giving importance to their perception and opinion.

This more collaborative work environment is the “Millenium” generation preference for their Team culture over a Competitive culture. They expect to take responsibility and want to play an active role in the production and decision-making process.

We believe that this idea makes the company more dynamic and has the potential to solve problems faster and with a sense of collective responsibility.

If “two heads think better,” why not take advantage of a team.
